All our silver jewellery is made from Sterling Silver. This means it has a minimum of 92.5% silver with the other 7.5% being alloys to increase its durability.  As a legal requirement every item over 7.75 grams will have a Hallmark.
A cubic zirconia is a man-made gemstone, which has the ‘appearance’ of a diamond. The stones can be coloured to resemble other gemstones.
Once we have received your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please keep this email as you may need the order reference number at a later date.
You can track the status of your order at our Track Your Order page by using your Billing Email Address (used to process the purchase) and the Purchase Order ID found in your confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we can provide you with An Post courier details and a tracking number so you can track the parcel in transit. Please email us at info@jewellerytoyourdoor.com to request this information.

Once your order has been processed after receipt of payment, you will receive your jewellery within 3-5 working days. Please note an order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully processed.
As our website has an automated ordering process once the order has been confirmed we cannot cancel it.
Our merchant PayPal accepts the following cards: Visa (credit and debit cards) and MasterCard.
Payment is done through PayPal who specialise in the processing of online transactions. Orders are processed through their highly secure payment system and all information is encrypted.
All our products come with a 3 month guarantee. If it breaks through no fault of your own we will do our very best to repair it for you as good as new. If it’s beyond repair we will replace it for you free of charge.
JEWELLERYTOYOURDOOR.COM will appear as the debit name on your credit/laser card statement.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

All our jewellery is sent by An Post and well-protected from any damage it may receive in transit. All our parcels require signature on receipt, so please ensure someone is present when the parcel is delivered to avoid any inconvenience.
